To secure any service or stay:
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Payments are accepted via secure platforms and are quoted in MXN or USD unless otherwise noted.
Final balances are due according to the terms stated in your confirmation email or invoice.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific service or vendor involved and will be outlined at the time of booking.
Unless stated otherwise:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival may be refunded minus a service fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are typically non-refundable.
In case of no-show or early departure, no refund is provided.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, travel restrictions, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or issue credits when possible.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring that your passport, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance are in order.
Informing us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or physical conditions that may affect your travel or wellness experience.
Following local laws and respecting cultural customs and environmental guidelines.
Travel Wellness Concierge acts only as a facilitator of experiences and is not responsible for:
Any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers.
Acts of nature, government actions, or events beyond our control.
Any personal expenses, damages, or losses due to travel disruptions or health issues.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes or emergencies.
All content on our website—including text, photos, logos, and design—is the property of Travel Wellness Concierge unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.
